Laurie Leja believes success comes when people gracefully integrate their home and work lives – combining a strong family life with a vital and growing business. In day-to-day lives, she says, people can’t separate one from the other. She strongly believes one of the most formative experiences of her life is raising her two children, one of whom is hearing-impaired. In their unique ways, Laurie says her children have taught her to be detail-oriented, a good teacher and methodical: all qualities that help her succeed in her career.
